Hello. I created an account just for this. I have this memory from a time I watched this show when I was little. I remember it traumatized me and I thought it was extremely sad. There was a part of the show, where I believe it was a storm. What I can recall, though I am not sure it ever even happened, is a fox fell into the river with the other animals around. Then the badger tried to save him by going after him. My perseption of what happened, was that the fox died, atleast that's what I assumed. This is a very clear memory of mine. I've tried to find a clip of it, but everything points in the direction that this memory of mine, never happened? Is there something similar to this happening in the show, maybe there wasn't a storm, maybe the animals were different, and no one died? I would love to find out, as this has been on my mind for a long time. I am currently writing this at 1 am, not being able to sleep because of it haha

Hello, everyone, a few weeks ago, I ordered an AoFW novel from Amazon and it's the first AoFW-related item that I ever got at my home.

So far, I read through some first few chapters of the book. The story is interesting, but it doesn't really make sense when the animals know how to tell time like humans do (for an example, Badger talked about the Assembly being held "at twelve"). And how could Toad suspect that a lit cigarette thrown to the ground be the cause of the great flames that ravaged the army land?

On the back of the book, I noticed that, close to the barcodes, there's a printed price tag in British pounds, which made me think: Is the novel series of AoFW really that popular in the UK? It's that I live in Canada and it was specifically from the Amazon.ca website that I got the novel. Also, it was only since 2019 that I have first heard of the AoFW novels and cartoon show. Probably the show and the novels are well-known in Britain, but unpopular in Canada.

For about a year or two, I've been thinking about questions that I would have liked to ask about the animal characters of AoFW.

Be aware, in my questions, that WAC stands for "wild animal character": characters who are considered WAC are those that are wild animals, while the ones who are domesticated animals (like Rollo, the warden's cat and Colonel Donk) are not.

I got a question. What would the foxes, the badgers, the weasels, the toads, the rabbits, the hares, the moles, the squirrels, the voles and the white deer in the cartoon show do if a human being were to approach these animal characters in an attempt to poke their ventral areas/underbellies?

And what would these animals do and how would they react if they do get poked this way?

I'm thinking of another scenario and here it is.

Each of the animals who make the journey from the Farthing Wood (FW) to the White Deer Park has a supernatural trait, power or ability, which can be from superhuman strength to the capability to move at lightning speed, to the ability to pass through walls to X-ray vision, etc.

One of the FW animals is to have the eye-lasers of Cyclops from X-Men as the paranormal trait, but the animals are still unable to make any stone-age tools, let alone a ruby-quartz eye-wear for the one with the eye-lasers.

No animal from outside the FW will have any supernatural powers, abilities or traits, so Vixen and Whistler will be a normal fox and a normal heron, respectively.

How would the journey from the FW to the White Deer Park go on if the animals were to have such powers, abilities 'n traits? And how can having Cyclops' eye-lasers be a double-edged sword to the group?

As a bonus question, what if Mrs Fieldmouse were the one with those eye-lasers?
